For reasons unknown to us Elaina has formed an attachment to this sun hat... it is especially important that it be present at bedtime! She is also enjoying the experience of sleeping in a big girl bed and sharing a room with her sister. Although, the newfound freedom of sleeping without bars has caused her parents a bit of stress!!

Our boys have the same bed! Only we put it together the other direction and the bottom bunk is on the ground and the top bunk about chest hight - makes mom and dad a little less worried about the crazy men in the other room :)
love the hat and the commentary about Elaina; Jeremiah and I were reading your post together this evening and he enjoyed scrolling down through all the Goodnough family photos! Thanks for sharing a glimpse into your home.
